Introducing Chris Coles!

|
Chris has had a very conventional practical education which has been followed by an ongoing lifetime self-education with particular interest in aerospace, space, pure physics and materials plus an avid lifetime interest in current affairs.
He is highly accomplished with considerable practical manufacturing, design and management experience in a number of disciplines including software and systems analysis, light industrial engineering, high volume engineering production, freight transport, retail, property development, public relations, industrial exhibitions and multidisciplinary research and development. He has founded several new businesses over the past thirty years and is today President and Chief Executive Officer of GPNS Corporation, based in Washington D.C. He has also founded a number of innovative projects involving other thinkers over the years. In 1986, with Dr Alan Jefferson, University of Southampton, he was awarded "Mention" Tour Eiffel de L'espace competition. Their entry "The Space Chronometer, an orbiting clock for humanity" was later published in Leonardo Vol. 22 No 2 1989. He is an inventor, and has been granted patents in subjects as diverse as blast cleaning and high strength industrial fibres. Most recently, he has been awarded several major international patents in wireless telecommunications which today make him the original inventor of any wireless telephone that combines a camera and a navigation system. Now, he has founded The Leonard R. Sugerman Press with the intention of publishing his new thinking about the subject of gravity and the profound effect this will have upon the conventional view of the cosmos.
